Six Steps to Get Healthy Teeth

In order to keep teeth healthy and strong, I have some tips.

First, brush your teeth twice a day after breakfast and before bed.

Second, flossing, use dental floss to clean food residue.

Third, reduce sugary foods and drinks.

Fourth, mouthwash, gargle with water or with an antiseptic mouthwash.

Fifth, do not forget to consumption of nutritious foods that contain calcium such as milk, cheese, yogurt, and fluoride-containing foods such as salted fish, boiled chicken bones, tea and others.

Sixth, Go to the dentist every 6 months.
