5 Ways to Overcome Anxiety

Anxiety is actually identical to the nervous and unable to control the negative thoughts that kept appearing in the head. Not only has the mind, anxiety sometimes also looked physically like heart palpitations and sweaty palms.

Numerous studies have shown that exercise has physical and psychological benefits as it can release endorphins and neurotransmitters that make a big difference in mood. The benefits of sport to overcome anxiety is actually similar to the relaxation therapy, meditation, and talking. The most effective of exercise are aerobics, running, and walking.

Think of someone who makes you feel comfortable to talk about anxiety, such as a friend, family, or perhaps doctors and therapists. When it began to discuss what makes you anxious, feeling relief and a sense of openness about the conditions experienced, it will make you feel like regardless of weight.

4. Healthy eating
Eating healthy nutrition can help prevent the symptoms of anxiety. Try to avoid processed foods and be sure to include fresh fruits and vegetables, and grains, nuts, eggs, and fish. Eat a balanced nutritious diet with complex carbohydrates that increase the amount of serotonin in the brain. Foods that are rich in calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium can also help. Reduce caffeine and alcohol, because they tend to aggravate anxiety.

5. Meditation
Focus on the mind in the present rather than remembering the past or worrying about the future. Research has shown that meditation improves mood, reduces stress, and enhance immune function. In general, people tend to go through life not realizing what was happening at this time, instead worry about the future or remember the past. Meditation brings us back to the present so that we can live life without judging yourself.
