Kidney stones create once there is a reduction in volume of urine and there are also leftover of stone-forming elements in the urine. Therefore, the selection of foods needs to be considered. Especially when there are families that are known have kidney stones in their medical history. For those, the possibility of a urinary tract stones will be higher than people who do not have families who have kidney stones.

There are several factors that cause kidney stones. Usually it because of infection, the infection may come from the upper gastrointestinal tract but the infection frequently comes from below that is from the urinary tract. It can also come from bacteria of venereal disease. Urinary tract stones can also form because inappropriate medication or patients with low body defenses. Therefore, the prevention of infection is very necessary. General health need to be considered and maintained properly, because it will give a good immune system so it can fight any infection that will go into the body. In addition, avoid having free sex, because it can facilitate infection.

Another factor that must be considered to prevent the formation of urinary stones is regular exercise because it's easier drainage of urine out. In addition, regular body movements do not facilitate the deposition of forming substances urinary tract stones. Beside, the exercise must be followed by drinking fresh water between 2-3 liters a day.

Furthermore, kidney health is also noteworthy. For those who have kidney disease or chronic kidney disease should be more careful especially about the food that is eaten daily. Food that needs to be considered is the food that high in calcium oxalate, uric acid or milk. Consume meat or protein must also be considered carefully.
